I know right but she wasn’t appalled at Feinstein holding onto this until last minute.
He would have to sue her in court for defamation to clear his name. The women who have been trotted out during elections against Republican men have yet to sue and win. Once the candidate with draws, they go back to their life.

Yes, I don’t see how Republicans will not lose in November if they don’t get Kavanaugh approved. And not so much because of Republicans not voting, though many might not. But rather, Democrats will smell blood in the water and become re-energized. Never Trumpers would rather see this outcome as well. I don’t trust any Republican in the Senate to step up.
If she files charges I hope the Judge files a massive civil lawsuit against her for what has been done to he and his family.

I have not given up on them. They might be drawing this out for political reasons, if so fine. But in the end they must confirm.
