Okay, he's giving her one more day to consider, after saying she had to give him her final answer by 10 tonight.

I take that to mean she has until sometime tomorrow night to tell him if she's going to testify?

That’s true he didn’t say that he’d changed the date for her to testify
he just said he’d extended the deadline for her to agree to testify.
