The witness doesnt get to set conditions for the Senate.
The Judiciary Committee should hear Kavanaugh on Monday and if his accuser fails to show up - to vote to approve his nomination.
Full Senate should vote to confirm him on Thursday.

The Judiciary Committee should hear Kavanaugh on Monday... He is not the moving party and he has already been heard for committee purposes, why call him? Unless there is yet some procedural step, at this point what would that serve?
