I think it was Garrett.

I never trusted that guy, even before he revealed himself.

When an accuser can't (or won't) say when or where something happened, how can any picture, evidence or testimony prove it didn't happen.

These picture, evidence and testimony can clearly be dismissed as not pertaining to the place and/or time of the accuser's claim. That's why Ford's claim is incompatible with the basic principle of justice.

Has anyone asked Brian Williams if he was there?

Plausible, but not the kill shot I was hoping for. Hopefully, he has more.

one thing - from the map there’s no way she walked home. She’d have had to cross a freeway. So it’s likely someone drove her, unless she was 16 not 15 and had a learner’s permit and drove herself.

Just for fun, let’s assume this really happened and let’s assume charges were filed. How do we know that Kavanaugh wasn’t a juvenile at the time? If so, his identity wouldn’t have been reported.
Then if he was charged and received a punishment, what would that have been?
Would that have precluded anything he did afterward including going to college, law school etc?

I have an acquaintance who, while in high school, was driving while drunk and killed a woman. He went on to go to college and law school and is a practicing lawyer. He is an excellent person. Certainly he pays for his mistakes, on some level, every day of his life.

Does what Kavanaugh allegedly did really warrant ANY of this?

If we are going to hold people accountable for things they did in high school then we have a lot of work ahead of us.

**Feinstein is refusing to give Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley the unredacted letter Christine Ford sent Senate Democrats in July further fueling suspicions there is exculpatory evidence in the letter.**

Because it does not have evidence against Kavanaugh, but against someone else? Ha, hahahahaha!

Summary:
None of the people allegedly at the alleged party lived near the Country Club. So if the number of people at the party was correct, it makes little sense to believe that the list of people allegedly at the location were all there.

OTOH Mark Judge’s friend - and Kavenaugh’s classmate and teammate - Chris Garrett did live in a house near the Country club which fits the described memory.

And Chris Garret and Brett Kavenaugh were doppelgängers.

To revert over to sanity about “recovered memory,” false memories are a dime a dozen. Whenever we recall something, we go through a thought process - with the result that the memory very easily gets adjusted in the process of recall. An event from 1982 recalled in 2012 - in the psychoanalysis session - would very easily be distorted by the simple act of the analysis innocently questioning to elicit recall. But at the point where Ms. Ford “recalled” - not in 2012 but recently - that Judge Kavenaugh was at the party, the fact that she recalled that Mark Judge was at the party made it easy to jump the rails and finger Judge Kavenaugh as the perp.

This analysis does not assume that Chris Garrett or anyone necessarily did exactly what Ms. Ford alleges. But it readily explains quite a lot of the “memory.” Beer might explain some of it, too.

I am no lawyer, but isn't that a practice that could get a lawyer dis-barred. Isn't the defense entitled to all evidence that is brought against him/her?

Bottom line is: We can’t allow this to happen. No one will ever be safe from venomous and false stories in the future if we do. Red line in the sand. Prove it or go away.

We could ask the Chinese if they have a copy. Maybe the Chinese spy Feinstein kept on her payroll for 20 years took a copy along with the top secret stuff she was foolishly entrusted with.

Okay, folks tell me the mortgage story is false. Fair enough.

What Ford says is rather violent really which Rev. Austin Miles said, there’s something about not saying anything about sexual assault for decades, I’m sure it has happened but this allegedly was violent. You may well say something about that.
