Plausible or not, I think badly of him for raising it. It merely makes it possible for someone else to be smeared in public with zero chance of proving the truth. I don’t care WHO is accused!

If the circumstances mean there is no possibility of discovering the truth, the accuser needs to shut up! She had a chance to make the accusation back when witnesses could have been interviewed or physical evidence could have been collected. Once that time passed, without a word from her, her time was UP!

Suppose some guy who lived in the same city as the accuser said she had screwed him with a dildo when he was 6 and she was 17. No evidence. Doesn’t know more than the year. Can’t say where or provide any possible evidence. No contemporary accounts.

Should he be believed? Should he be given a public forum to accuse her? Does the seriousness of the charge - child rape - mean he has no requirement for evidence?

Or is it only WOMEN who get to destroy MEN without evidence?

If a woman conservative gets nominated by Trump, I think we’ll find out any CONSERVATIVE can be accused without evidence. While Bill Clinton and Hillary “Bimbo Eruption” Clinton are given sainthood.

I would, too -- except this Whelan guy has a long political/legal career in D.C. and isn't just some political hack. This theory is highly speculative on its face but couldn't possibly have come out of nowhere.

From his Wikipedia entry:

From 2001 until 2004, Whelan served as Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the United States Department of Justice's Office of Legal Counsel, advising the White House Counsel's Office, the Attorney General and other senior DOJ officials, and Departments and agencies throughout the executive branch on difficult and sensitive legal questions.

This tells me Whelan and Kavanaugh know each other very well. I suspect there is more to this "theory" than just wild speculation.

Ed Whelan just happens to have the floor plan of the house that Kavanaugh's doppleganger lived in.

This isn't just a shot across the Senate Lefties' bow.
