That date should set off alarms. (See this excellent article by Jeff Carlson, who has established himself as an investigative superstar, doing the work the media pretends they do: Epoch Times article: 2015 Employment of Nellie Ohr by Fusion GPS Raises New Questions
No wonder she doesn't want to talk. She may be a key to a lot of er..."things".
Here is an excerpt from Jeff Carlson's article:
"...The Mueller team has known of Ohrs involvement with the Steele dossier from the start of their formal investigation.
These events are likely intertwined. To understand why, we need to revisit an April 26, 2017, unsealed FISA court ruling that was declassified by Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats.
There is a staggering amount of information contained within the ruling, including these two disclosures:
NSA estimates that approximately 85 percent of those queries, representing [Redacted] queries conducted by approximately [Redacted] targeted offices, were not compliant with the applicable minimization procedures.
The FBI had disclosed raw FISA information, including but not limited to Section 702-acquired information, to a [Redacted]
is largely staffed by private contractors
the [Redacted] contractors had access to raw FISA information that went well beyond what was necessary to respond to the FBIs requests.
The court said these practices had been going on since at least November 2015 and noted that there is no apparent reason to believe the November 2015April 2016 period coincided with an unusually high error rate...
Now, knowing that, check out this excerpt below from the FISA Court report itself when it was notified of the above irregularities (a graphic I put together):
In summary, the question needs to be asked of Nellie Ohr, who is a Russian language specialist...just the type of person the FBI contracted with to run queries in the NSA database and translate them:
"Mrs. Ohr, were you doing any contract work for the FBI during the period November 2015 to the termination of your employment there that involved metadata queries into the NSA database?
If the answer is yes...she is likely one of those contractors who, 85% of the time were running unauthorized queries after their authorized work was done whose access was terminated by Admiral Michael Rogers.
And it begs the further question if it can be determined she WAS one of them: What queries did she run, and what did she do with the results of those queries?
Hmmmmm?
She wrote the dossier............................
Good work!
Thanks for your excellent comment, and info. Throw Andrew Weissmann into the mix too since he was with the DOJ, and then later joined Mueller’s team. Bruce Our kept him informed of the info he was getting from Steele, and Mueller’s team has had the info about Ohr’s unethical communications with Steele from the beginning of their investigation. Weissmann should be subpoenaed to testify to Congress. I can’t believe that these people are still walking around, drawing paychecks at taxpayers expense.
Felony? Yeah, she’ll never see the backside of jail bars.
Awesome research!!!
The redaction highlighted in yellow is likely “CIA.” The one before is likely “Central Intelligence.”
CIA contractors. Nellie. At Fusion GPS, she was still on contract with the CIA.
Fusion GPS was (is?) CIA. And Nellie was allowed to peruse 702 info without restriction.
Brennan. CIA. Nellie. Fusion GPS. Kaaayyyboooom.
