Nellie Ohr, the wife of Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, is refusing to appear before Congress for a closed-door hearing that was scheduled to take place this Friday, sources tell The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Ohr, who worked for Fusion GPS, the firm behind the Steele dossier, was scheduled to appear for interviews during a joint session with the House Judiciary and House Oversight & Government Reform committees. But two congressional sources said that she is not cooperating with the requests and will have to be subpoenaed to compel her appearance.

I thought she was a former C_A employee (Russian specialist) - but is there ever a "former" C_A person, or can they be called back in out of retirement?
I also thought she worked for another less secretive agency, like maybe NIH or something, then ALSO an employee or contractor for Fusion-GPS.
Yeah that’s really a great idea. So let’s subpoena everybody, have them sit at the table and then ask them all kinds of questions, which will be answered as you already know, by the witness saying “I do not recall.”

If I’m not mistaken, they have to subpoena her first, THEN they can find her in contempt if she refuses to answer the subpoena.
It fits perfectly! She has forgotten all the texts she sent and here in a few weeks the boom is about to drop and all those texts will be known. Therefore instead of perjuring herself she’d rather not show since all will know her deeds soon
