Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley on Wednesday unloaded a torrent of criticism on Sen. Dianne Feinstein for her handling of the sexual assault accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, telling the ranking Democrat on the committee, "I cannot overstate how disappointed I am."
Saying Feinstein "chose to sit on the allegations until a politically opportune moment," Grassley demanded she immediately turn over an unredacted copy of the letter from Kavanaugh's accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, that Feinstein received July 30.
Feinstein, D-Calif., shared the letter with federal authorities and other senators only last week, days before a key Judiciary Committee vote on Kavanaugh's confirmation, after a leak about the letter was published in The Intercept. Republicans have accused Democrats of orchestrating that leak.
Grassley, R-Iowa, who called the document a "significant piece of evidence in Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation process," said that despite multiple requests, he still has access only to a redacted copy of the letter included in supplemental background materials provided by the FBI to a select group of senators.

Grassley demands Feinstein turn over letter from Kavanaugh accuser: 'I cannot overstate how disappointed I am'
P
The accuser shall henceforth be named “Doctored” Ford
lol....
Vote confirm tomorrow
The ‘Rats have abandoned all pretext of commitment to Constitutional governance.
Dan “Fake but accurate” Blather should have a copy of the Ford letter.
Just VOTE already.
Every day that the vote is delayed is another manufactured bimbo eruption opportunity for the left.
Why was he foolish enough to move the hearing to Monday without even having an unredacted copy? That foolish on Grassley’s part.
We see the democrat vision for America really coming into focus now: Total chaos and grotesque levels of incivility.
Grassley is handling this just right. Appearing to be deferential to Ford, knowing she will not accept. Bringing all the R’s along with him.
he does....but he’s still writing the rough draft...
You mean it has not been evident since LBJ? The “great society,” the “war on drugs,” welfare, WICS program, and on and on. You suddenly see it know as “incivility?” Where have you been?

1. Kavanaugh is confirmed.
2. Democrats are so pissed off at Feinstein that she loses in November to that Mexican communist running against her.
A prosecutor who deals with allegations mostly was on tucker tonight and said the criteria for deciding whether to go forward with allegations or not are 1: What are the details- are there enough to pursue an investigaiton? and 2: Is there any kind of motivation (ie revenge)?
I think we can see that there is no justifiable reason to investigate these allegations-
I think she has seen some real polling showing Deleon closing in. That explains her actions in the last few weeks.
I’d like to see the FBI investigate the whispered assertions that Doctored Ford sent a similar letter in last year re: Gorsuch.
No wonder she doesn’t want to testify.
Actually, I’m starting to realize that this witch-hunt does have one redeeming virtue. It will start Kavanaugh’s long career out with the memory of what the Democrat party tried to do to him. Try as he may, I really don’t think he’ll be able to forget.
