If a third have tried it, my basic math skills calculate that two thirds haven't, and two thirds of the drug trade business is a lot of twenty dollar bills.
I don't deny that drug dealers, high up the food chain certainly use the latest technology to operate their business but their street level customers are still paying in cash. That means a lot of small bills have to be laundered somewhere.
Ultimately everyone will be forced into this system and shutting down the thieves will be a big selling point, or at least they will claim it is. More likely it will just stream line the politicians rake.
