That bug eyed judge Napolitano (frequent legal talking head on Fox) was poohpoohing the declassifying of FBI docs, because that does not mean FBI will release them to public.
He claims there are existing laws against making those docs public because they are connected to AN ONGOING CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION.
Based on the fact that this was an illegal investigation that should never have been initiated, he has every right to expose the corruption.
My guess is the FBI and DOJ will stall.
We may never see them.
