The only thing it's encouraging, is dragging this fiasco out longer than necessary, putting the Judge under cross-examination by an unsworn Congressional office holder, and giving the Dems exactly what they want. They'll be setting a horrible precedent by allowing this to take place.
Mrs Ford will also be questioned Kavanaugh lawyer. Rumor has it Mr Kavanaugh hired a very good lawyer and she is a she. Does anyone think our spineless GOP Senators will question Mrs Ford effectively? Kavanaugh lawyer will be all over her. This is a smart move. I hope GOP Senators will also be allow to yield their time to Mr Kavanaugh lawyer.
