Well the fact remains that she did rule against them, thus they did lose the case in front of her. If in the final analysis the case was dropped, because they paid up then it may be because of her ruling. But that does not signify that they won, only that they made arrangements to keep the property. Quite a difference between the two.

Regardless, it is still an interesting development that does provide a case for animosity on the part of Ford.
