I’m not so sure. I think Collins and Murkowski are itching to flip this might do it. The Rats played it perfect.
As long as Kavanaugh remains stalwart in his defense that this could never have possibly happened, he doesn't even know who this woman is, and nobody comes forward with evidence to the contrary, he should be fine.
If his story starts falling apart, he's finished.
