Feinstein: FBI Should Investigate Kavanaugh Allegation Before Senate Moves Forward on Confirmation
Mediaite ^ | 9.16.2018 | Josh Feldman

Feinstein has a new statement out this afternoon saying the Senate should not take action on confirming Kavanaugh until the FBI investigates:

It has always been Mrs. Ford’s decision whether to come forward publicly. For any woman, sharing an experience involving sexual assault––particularly when it involves a politically connected man with influence, authority and power––is extraordinarily difficult.

From the outset, I have believed these allegations were extremely serious and bear heavily on Judge Kavanaugh’s character. However, as we have seen over the past few days, they also come at a price for the victim. I hope the attacks and shaming of her will stop and this will be treated with the seriousness it deserves.

I support Mrs. Ford’s decision to share her story, and now that she has, it is in the hands of the FBI to conduct an investigation. This should happen before the Senate moves forward on this nominee.

Feinstein investigation on her China spy employee should proceed before she is allowed to vote on anything.

“I expect collins to cave on this, followed by mitch.”

Collins and Murkowski. Game over.

“Di/Fi said nothing.”

Di/Fi spoke loudly. She voted “not guilty” on both charges in the Senate trial of President William Jefferson Clinton.

“...they set a precedent with their boy, Bill Clinton.”

Exactly. That’s when we learned many things... like everybody lies about sex. We’ll follow DiFi’s precedence when Juanita Broaderick made her accusation of rape against BJC.

The women who accused Moore were no more credible than
this nut case accusing Kavanaugh.

It took 4 paid off accusers to take Moore down.
How many “paid off”. women will it take to bring
down Kavanaugh?
Tell us. We would like to know.

Doug Jones was a STATE ELECTION running against an opponent who was already polarizing and energized the liberals against him. This is an appointment to the Supreme Court. Try to keep up.

And people like YOU are the problem. You treated that like a "state election", and you were willing to go along with the Demonrats and WaPo and CONDEMN Roy Moore, and now, the Republican caucus in Congress is one fewer.

Every election is for all the marbles now. You people don't get it.

This whole thing is stupid. I don’t care IF he did it...it was high school - kids do stuff when they’re kids. It’s another thing when adults rape or beat - like Bill Clinton and Keith Ellison. If Kavanaugh were a leftist this never would have been brought up.

An obvious hit on those of us who want a constitution following judge on the SC. This is the October surprise before the vote. I hope the GOP doesn’t fold.

What federal law gives the FBI jurisdiction over a high-school kid grabbing a titty 35 years ago?

I just read a comment on another site that said her brother is a judge in Maryland. I haven’t been able to drill down on it. Statement was that her brother was “over seeing” matters with federal appointments. That would make him a Federal judge. Last name is Blasey.

DiFi would just LOVE to divert the FBI from all of her money’making schemes while in office this is why she has to keep running for reelection even tho she is 85 and will be 91 at the end of another term in office staying in the senate gives her some practical (not legal but very practical) protection, immunity from any serious prosecutions

Feinstein has been in possession of this supposed allegation since July. Why didn’t she use it at the start of the hearings?
IMHO, this is a Bork/Thomas lynching. I do not hold any veracity in the allegations.

Yep. I hear that California voters are unhappy with how she dealt with this and are heading towards voting for DeLeon, the other democrat running. She’s trying to save her hide. Disgusting!!!!

There was a time when we joked about pulling a girls ponytail in kindergarten. A few years from now that may stop an appointment to the Supreme Court. That’s how insane things have gotten.

I think Feinstein’s long term relationship with a chicom spy should be investigated before she she can vote on anything. Oh, and there should be a very deep thorough investigation into he her husbands company and how he was able to get so many very lucrative government contracts.

There is literally no way to prove this. It’s obviously a lie and a complete setup.

How exactly does one defend against 35 year old smears?

So for 36 years this woman never felt the need to come forth with her story, unwitnessed and unsubstantiated..............until now. Yeah I'm sure, another case of she said while there is no other history of any other such abuses from other girls he went to high school with. Smells more than Bandini mountain.

Oh if we only had a party that would threaten her- she should have been removed from Congress many years ago. The money she made for her husband, her releasing classified information and saying she was ill and confused. The spy driver in her employment. WE do nothing and the DEMS know it.
