Either this ends the Mueller investigation or it opens a whole new 'witch hunt' chasing rabbits down new rabbit holes.
As if Manafort has any damaging information on President Trump.

What does Mueller know?!?! He knows whatever Mueller composes for him to know. You think Mueller is squeezing these people for real information? He is squeezing them to compose.
Be funny if the judge gives him a sentence of time served and community serve as a slap at Mueller.
He doesn’t know much of anything other than getting the Trump campaign ready for the 2016 Republican Presidential Convention.
Manafort had received sympathy from POTUS and a good portion of the public. If he dances to Mueller’s tune, he’s toast. If he stands up for the truth, he may still eke out a pardon down the road.
Whatever happens, I want to see Mueller hung by his balls on the Mall. I’ve had it with this guy.
Probably not much. He was really just brought into the campaign because the establishment republicans knew the name, so Trump thought he would be helpful managing a floor fight at the convention.
Trump was not friends with him, and didn’t really know him before, and dumped him when it became clear he was not a stellar, upright character.
As can be seen by his apparent witness tampering in his own trial — although I suppose this could be another case of a man pleading guilty to a real crime they didn’t commit.
He’s an old man. Any prison time amounts to a life sentence.
He’s already agreed to forfeit about $46 million in assets.
Considering the animals in prison these days, I think I would request Solitary if I were sentenced to jail.
Witches are becoming an endangered species now. And real principled conservatives must ask themselves how in the world they turned a blind eye to the self-evident fact that Trump surrounded himself with criminals and scoundrels. All of this is and was predictable. Any naysayer on Trump has been attacked. Yet it was all clear for anyone to see.

He’s already pleaded guilty to make it end, and “fully and truthfully” are slippery Weismann’s and Mueller’s words. I suspect not long after the election, Trump is going to commute any sentence or pardon him. Or a combo of both first commute his sentence then later pardon Manafort.
Sorry, but it is pretty evident from public evidence that the meeting was a DS setup. Thanks for playing, though.

Manafort has worked on the campaign of Ford, Reagan, George HW Bush and Bob Dole...everyone knows Manafort

The “information” doesn’t have to be truthful or accurate. It only has to be sold as problematic for Trump, enough to justify impeachment for the Democrats. There is no sign of Mueller slowing down. Trump is still his target. The sole objective is to create grounds for impeachment.
Trump had more than enough real information to clean house at the DOJ and FBI, yet he refuses to fire anyone. As a result, the Mueller witch hunt grows and grows.
