Like many Americans, I’m watching some of the Kavanaugh (Supreme Court) hearings with a sense of sadness.
Because it’s apparent that there is no difference between the elected Senate Democrats and the crazies they allowed into the Senate chambers to disrupt the proceedings, and I know where this is leading.
Certain Democrat “leaders” like Sen. Kamala Harris of California and Sen. Corey Booker of New Jersey are clearly acting out in an effort to show their “leadership” skills to their left-wing base. Both want to be President.
This shows you what they think “leadership” in today’s Democrat Party means–obstruction of the sitting President by any means necessary...

I agree if the Democrats fail to take the House impeachment is off the table. The Mueller investigation is going no where and the anonymous op-ed and Woodward’s book will fail to trigger any serious effort to oust Trump via the 25th amendment. The anti Trump cabal will have no other means to undo the 2016 election other than a violent Bolshevik style putsch. Unlike our last civil war this will be days of rioting, acts of terrorism and even political assasination. I could see Obama taking advantage of the violence, creating a shadow government and begging for U.N. intervention to “restore order” by putting him back in the White House. The US military I believe would not stand idlely by and would crush the rebellion and would mete out swift justice under the rules of war
Neither ‘army’ will have anything approaching organized logistics, meaning offensive operations will be severely limited (if not impossible). So the leftist multitudes ain’t moving anywhere. And if they tried, their movements would be highly predictable.

The problem is that this map keeps coming across my Facebook page, so I have to assume it is being posted around everywhere.
One person even called it a “population map,” when it is not a statistic of voting numbers but adds the totally irrelevant factor of land area. If we went by land area, we would always win. It is addle-brained, or maybe trolls trying to make us complacent.
I don’t expect everyone to understand this, so I’m not going to comment any further on this subject.
Just vote. Don’t trust the rural areas alone to bring us through, which is what this map falsely tries to tell you.
Belly clams are soft-shell clams. I agree that they are the best fried clams. Best ones I ever had were at the Lobster Shack in Kennebunkport, but the Oyster Bar ones are pretty good.
Since I grew up with summers at the Jersey Shore, I got fond of raw cherrystones. Used to get them every so often at the Oyster Bar, but then I discovered that Carmine's on the West Side has really good, sweet fresh ones too, and a bit less expensive. Carmine's is underrated as a all-round restaurant. Everyone thinks of it a red-sauce Italian place, but it is much more.
I like raw clams also——and adore steamers.

I say the first battle takes place in the geographical center of the United States. If you can get any of the pussies to show up. All the assholes that want me to live the same way they do continually fly over my house daily and dont even stop in for coffee of or a ‘Kiss my ass” or anything.

reminds me of a gal i lived with some years back. we both liked watching football together ... whenever there was kickkoff, punt, or field goal attempt ... she'd just gush about how much she loved it when the "special effects" teams came on the field.
