But she was not able to get the door open with her key. Not surprising as it was not her home. Supposedly he heard someone at the door and answered.

My thoughts are: What made it a crime that required shooting him too kill?
Wouldn’t she have said, “you’re in my home. Turn around to cuff you and you’re under arrest.

What warranted shooting him?
