CNN senior legal analyst Jeffrey Toobin said Thursday that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh got the better of Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ) when grilling the judge on hypotheticals about whether he would recuse from matters that “do not require recusal.”

This has nothing to do with some media miscreant on CNN. This has to do with Senator Booker making an ass out of himself on National TV. Booker's lackluster performance was predictable. If you lived in New Jersey you would know his history.

Questioning Booker on why he needs to argue about getting additional and non traditional documents from Kavanagh is in it’s face ridiculous considering Cory has already announced he won’t be supporting the SCOTUS pick.
Toobin did graciously offer to pay for his mistress’s abortion. He is a strong supporter of a man’s right to choose.
