Not treason but certainly inexcusable.
The crime of betraying one’s country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.
The dictionary definition of treason doesn’t require a war. The FBI and DOJ’s attempt to overthrow a sitting president qualifies with thier phony conspiracy.
