I’ve created a few fake Facebook accounts in the past to be able to look at Facebook pages, but I have never entered any true information about my identity and never posted anything about myself.
I haven’t had a Facebook account for a couple of years, ever since they killed all my fake accounts and required a valid cell phone number to create a new one.
“required a valid cell phone number to create a new one.”
Wow. That is scary. Just watch one day of Investigation Discovery to realize that a person pretty much can be tracked by the second via cell phone.
Maybe add a new line to your existing account, activate it, but don’t use it. Still that’s $10 or $20 wasted each month.
Don’t do FB.
My account says I’m a Harvard grad and I also faked my birth date. When it comes to avionics, misleading info is more dangerous than no info. I hope this counts the same way.
