The amazing thing is that probably three-quarters of working-class democrats have a fairly low opinion of McCain, and nearly 90-percent of working-class Republicans feel the same way.
And I am sure that most of the people praising McCain now didn’t vote for him in 2008.
As I said on another thread, I interact with a mix of conservatives, moderate Republicans, and Democrats of all stripes where I work and live and no one is talking about John McCain. Just another example of elites telling us what is important and how we should feel. They should have honored him by suspending his funeral, just like he suspended his lame-ass campaign.
