Meghan McCain tore into an absent President Trump at a memorial service for her father, Arizona Sen. John McCain, in Washington on Saturday.
“We gather here to mourn the passing of American greatness,” McCain, a co-host of “The View,” said at the National Cathedral. “The real thing, not cheap rhetoric from men who will never come near the sacrifice he gave so willingly, nor the opportunistic appropriation of those who lived lives of comfort and privilege.”
“He was a great fire who burned bright,” she said in a speech punctuated by sobbing. “A few have resented that fire… but my father never cared what they thought.
“The America of John McCain does not need to be made great again, because America was always great.”

And his 2nd wife, the daughter of a coal miner. But at least Meghan has managed to get some sustenance along the way despite her desperate upbringing.
America is great but as this funeral indicates far from perfect.

She did exactly the same things she’s accused President Trump of.
Cause God knows, we just can’t stop saying bad things about our President at an event to honor the dead.
All of that said a lot more about Meghan than it did about Trump.

And much to McCain’s dismay that $300 million still wouldn’t buy him the presidency because no one likes him really. He like this old guy that no one liked in high school and he spends the rest of his life trying to be popular to ill effect. So he sells himself out constantly to what he perceives as the ‘cool’ people in adult life because he is really just a loser.
He probably cut ‘er out of the will.
Hillary Clinton and John McCain were unelectable because they were two of the most unlikeable people in America.
I guess the mantle of MeAgain McCain (Ole’ Johnny-boy) has been handed down to her heftiness.

For someone who never cared, McCain seems to have really gone all out to try and stick it to the President.
McCain cared a great deal to trash President Trump.
For someone as small as him, his notoriety was a reflection of basking in another man’s greatness.
That is why death didn’t add a thing to his image.
A truly incredible man is made and not born.
