Florida gubernatorial candidate Ron DeSantis did an interview with Fox News on Wednesday where he used a…um, questionable choice of words when talking about his Democratic opponent, Andrew Gillum.
As DeSantis spoke to Sandra Smith about how he secured the Republican Party nomination last night, he was asked how he plans to beat Gillum now that they’re about to go head-to-head. Since the Tallahassee mayor is campaigning on progressive policies with support from Bernie Sanders, DeSantis acknowledged Gillam as an “articulate spokesman for those far left views” who moved forward with more charisma than other candidates in the democratic primaries.

Honestly, when I first heard about what DeSantis said, I laughed my ass off! It wasn't a slip of the tongue. He said it to rile people up. He knew the left would freak out!
Anyhow, I live in Florida and I can't wait to vote FOR DeSantis! They're going to call us all racists and bigots no matter what we do so we all might as well have fun! The charge is starting to wear off.
