I don’t know what is going on in this country. This case is getting crazier by the day.

Judge dismisses all charges against 3 ‘extremist Muslim’ New Mexico compound suspects

FTA:District Judge Emilio Chavez on Wednesday dismissed all of the charges against three of the five defendants arrested in connection to a New Mexico compound linked to “extremist Muslims” because authorities violated the state’s “10-day rule.”

The child abuse charges against Lucas Morton, Subhannah Wahhaj and Hujrah Wahhaj were dropped, while those against fellow defendants, Siraj Ibn Wahhaj and Jany Leveille, remain.

Seems the Feds waited past the 10 day limit to arraign them. Remember the Feds refused to raid that camp and the local law finally stepped up and did it.

Federal law enforcement is broken.

Time for the U.S. Justice Department to step in as was done in the Rodney King affair.
(If we ever get an Attorney General who can spare the time from protecting Hillary Clinton and her cohorts.)

In 1992 the policemen who beat Rodney King were acquitted in a jury trial in state court.

Then the federal government stepped in and prosecuted them on charges of violating King's civil rights.

There was a lot of controversy on all aspects of the King trials but those controversies should not attach to this crime.

If it is a violation of an individual's civil rights to beat him it surely is a violation of one's rights to kill him.
