Seems the Feds waited past the 10 day limit to arraign them. Remember the Feds refused to raid that camp and the local law finally stepped up and did it.
Federal law enforcement is broken.
I hate to say it, but this is on the current admin's watch. The whole DOJ/FBI needs to be put in order, with or without Sessions.
That whole Las Vegas shooting is still a "mystery" & it seems we will never know what went on there. Unless Q tells us.
