Thank-you NIKK and all who appreciated my observations. Today’s Qanon post about the choice of wedding song for an anon seemed to confirm my thoughts about their military background. “Those ‘who pull the trigger’ [soldiers?] seem to prefer that song and it’s “not exactly wedding material but great when in the action.” I can imagine Qanon cracking a wry smile over that comment! Qanon shows their human side for a change.

Thinking back over the 10 months or so of reading Qanon posts, other than the shocking content, the posts I like best are the ones where they become the counselor to 8chan anon posters who were suicidal or had given up hope. It wasn’t like: “Buck up Patriot, stiff upper lip, be a soldier”. It was more like “Have hope and faith, Patriot. You’re important and needed in this effort.” I found that touching and uplifting.

I noticed that anon posters are calling Qanon: “Boss” and “Sir”. That’s because Qanon carries this authority in their posts. I think it’s overarching military authority, that anons instinctively react to. It’s almost like they salute him like young recruits. And that seems the right thing to do. At this time I don’t care who the members of the Qanon group are. I’ve learned so much from them in this global classroom. They’ve earned my respect.

Barack Obama warned supporters that politicians had “monkeyed around” with elections, during a campaign speech at Kent State University in New Philadelphia, Ohio, on September 3, 2008.

Then-Senator Obama (D-IL) said (0:29 in the video at the link): “I come from Chicago. It’s not as if it’s just Republicans who have monkeyed around with elections in the past. Sometimes Democrats have, too. You know, whenever people are in power, they have this tendency to try to tilt things in their direction.”

Obama called for establishing a “voting rights division” within the Department of Justice (DOJ) to combat “voter fraud” and what he said were efforts to “discourage people to vote.”

On Wednesday, Florida Republican gubernatorial nominee Rep. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) advised Floridians not to “monkey this up” by selecting a “socialist agenda” via a Democrat governor.

News media outlets such as The Hill and CNN framed the comment as racial, given that DeSantis’s Democrat opponent, Andrew Gillum, is black.

CNN published two articles headlined: “Florida’s GOP gubernatorial nominee says a vote for his black opponent would ‘monkey this up’,” and “GOP candidate accused of using racist term,” both casting DeSantis’s “monkey this up” remark as racist.

Gillum made the most of the narrative, saying Floridians’ “rich diversity” would compel the Sunshine State’s residents to reject “racists” and “misogynists.” And Florida Democratic Party Chairwoman Terrie Rizzo tweeted, “It’s disgusting that Ron DeSantis is launching his general election campaign with racist dog whistles.”

DeSantis later expanded on his comments via his campaign’s communications director, who said, “Ron DeSantis was obviously talking about Florida not making the wrong decision to embrace the socialist policies that Gillum espouses. … To characterize it as anything else is absurd. Florida’s economy has been on the move for the last eight years, and the last thing we need is a far-left democrat trying to stop our success.”

Hi friend. Have not caught up on thread. so perhaps you shared some info. just got up (as I was asleep by 10)..

I saw you were traveling... back to Paradise or to visit JT and the new grand? (another paradise for most grandparents)

Feeling challenged still here in about every way but also feeling good. At peace. Things of course could be better but I KNOW they could surely be much worse.

I have Lucy with me and she is better. she is so devoted and loving. I know she was not abused (she doesn’t duck when you go to pet her) but she was terribly neglected. She was owned by a man I am pretty sure as she really is drawn to any man who gives her any attention.

She also had a terrible time with heat, humidity and the mold.. If I told you what she and I totally experienced the past week, well, you would probably be a bit shocked .

She has this profound candida issue which we have made better but it is still overwhelming for her.(and me) . Her immune system - being an older gal like me - is not what it used to be. I am doing all the right stuff naturally and naturally is the way to go with these things.

Had I not taken her and she went to the shelters she would be in doggy heaven. Her condition when I took her was profound. They would have not messed with a pup of advanced years and overcrowded conditions

At least now she has some fur but the huge amount of outbreak on various parts of her body are annoying to her. I have not done baby bendryl for her but might pick some up when I go out today. I am so happy I have given her some fun and love in her life which she didn’t have prior. Vet related many body indicators show she was probably tied up on short leash her whole life .

Unfortunately vets as well as humans in med treatments like antibiotics and steroids... both very counterproductive with candida.

for most part will be hanging at hotel. Need to get more out of van & open all up to sun between rain/storms to dry out. Then - once dry - will begin Bleach regime for mold control. Even though it is an older van with high mileage, it is a good vehicle and has a lot of room for my stuff and the two of us.

Will probably be out for an hour to feed home kitties, pick up a few things while there , maybe do Lucy stick for bath but hey, here I have a tub an can do a better job (wish there ws a shower massage on extender but at budget hotels usually not going to find.). But she loves and needs the exercise with fetching stick in lake. I am down to about a dozen sticks. .. had about 40 at one time. Will perhaps get to Lake Erie one day next week with L and collect more. The weather beaten ones with soft ends are ideal for her size and the way she responds to stick .. as dog owners know, each dog does it a bit different

There have been blood stains in bed from her various areas where she is scratching like crazy. My topical is a regime of ACV, Hydrogen peroxide and coconut oil.

although olfactory is not a primary sensory of mine, I still know - she stinks! Candida does that. I want to make her more comfortable so the benryl might help

I remember the love and care you gave for “bucket head”.. Ah so many pets for us to remember fondly.

I can pray like a banshee independently but can not clairvoyantly pick up on news and views. :)

I do pray - a lot. One thing i started MANY decades ago is to pray at EVERY red light. Every train. Every annoying construction hold up. Talking to God is so much better than grumbling about road inconveniences, isn’t it?

I pray for friends HERE, the first and second family and all admin patriots. We must bathe them in prayer. Cover and drown them in God’s love and protection.

I can recall the initial primary threads ... I joined fairly early and we all had fun with Nikos1121 didn’t we. Wish we saw him more. It was a darker time for me then.. but I just prayed I could live to vote for DJT. Now having a pet/lucy gives me a bit more motivation to hang in.

I prayed a lot then for our country. With O I truly believed we were at the end of America. I was a prepper and obviously can live off grid but saw nothing but bad with his ilk. I really didn’t know how to pray except for God to help us do the right thing.

Of course we are all now more optimistic about our country. Governments come and go.. take Rome, Greece etc. America will too.. but now we have something so special and all here with grands KNOW we want it to be the best it can for all ... even if some are flaming libs.

Okay gonna do ping. Have one movie to watch (old MI) and then later to library as they are due today. Maybe back to sleep. Have a LOT of fatigue along the way. up for a bit.. do some stuff.. and find a place to stretch out.

adore Sarah. I went to 8 rallies in Ohio and nearby during “THAT” election. Hugged her and Todd many times. Was enthralled with her enthusiasm and her focus and her patriotism. NOT as strong/good at DJT but she was definitely a powerful patriot. McC - MEH
