that was Darrell Scott whom i have mentioned before here. He & wife both “Drs” and ordained. He reminds me of Sammy Davis Jr.
I visited their church last year . would attend more often but it is not close or easy to get to.. Lots of heavy traffic through rough neighborhoods. His congregation is maybe e 75% black & 25% white. Nice folk

Sticky holiday morning at 1600 with humidity hovering around 85%. No word on where were off to or whether POTUS intends to heed his own am Twitter command to Celebrate Labor Day! But theres a Virginia State Police squad car in the caravan, and most Secret Service agents are donning khakis and polos.
POTUS came out at 10:40 and chatted briefly outside his car rocking a red polo shirt, dark pants and a white #MAGA hat. Then he went back inside the residence at 10:42. Pool is holding in vans.

The more I watch and read about the encounter at the funeral the wilder my mind goes. Does it have to do with LG being blackmailed ? Secret tapes? Bank account numbers ? HA trying to save her own neck? There are so many possibilities.

Monday, 03 September 2018 After the motorcade was assembled and waiting, POTUS canceled outside travel. The District is hot (95°) & humid ("feels like" 103°).
11:00 - No #POTUS travel outside the #WhiteHouse secure area is expected today or tonight.

HM.. D Scot has an interesting background. Growing up in the hood his goals was to be a drug dealer and pimp.. he met his future wife who was a recent born again Christian and the change ensued.
He is very dynamic and warm. I can see how POTUS is drawn to him and put him on the transition team when he took office.
Had a few setbacks here .. but set backs here are soooooo MUCH better than setbacks in my home...

Actually I think he did Carol a favor by divorcing her, he was a mean man, very hard to live with, and a womenizer to boot.
I have always felt sorry for Cindy, hope she has a nice rest of her life and finds a good kind man to share it with.
