Don Jr. before the Senate Judiciary Committee, said: “I did not collude with any foreign government and do not know of anyone who did.”
He said ‘foreign government’, he did not mention the Russian female that wormed her way into his office for an impromptu meeting about nothing. She was put up to it by Brennan and that will come out.
So he’s clear and that will be shown.
The NY State prosecutor lawsuit against the Trump Foundation is a joke. Those who have read through the lawsuit can see it’s a nuisance lawsuit that takes things and exaggerates them out of context, For example, the petition asserts his foundation purchased a $10,000 portrait of Donald Trump and hung it in one of his golf clubs. The response provides evidence the portrait originally hung in the foundation and was traded out for one showing a portrait of the new foundation director. The rest of the petition is the same, just baseless charges drawn out of context. That lawsuit is going nowhere.
As for DOJ’s Southern District of NY getting into Trump finances, that will be very difficult for them because NYC as the capital of the financial world has strict laws barring financial fishing expeditions even by federal investigators especially politicized ones. If anything, the records will need to be very specifically described and will be under court seal for in camera review only. They will only be able to review records held by the court containing mentions of known Russian agents or their fronts, and then and only after the court retrieves such records will they be allowed to view them and not take them.
The Trump Organization is very strong. I have no concern at all.
The enemies of Trump are giddy now because they hit Manafort and Cohen. That won’t last. Manafort will eventually be pardoned after Mueller is sent packing.
Michael Cohen only turned because they threatened his wife and even then he is not compelled by agreement to cooperate any further. When that backstory comes out, there will be heavy consequences levied on those that participated in the extortion. This will likely be years down the road after Mueller and Cuomo are gone. Payback is a bitch and it won’t be Arkanside, it will be a result of legal findings of U1 and Cuomo’s corruption.
If I was Mueller, I would be sweating bullets. Because POTUS is going to declassify and the whole history of FISA abuse and Uranium One is going to come crashing down on him and all his aides and abettors. Mueller knows that POTUS knows. And Mueller knows if he hits Don Jr. his life might as well be over. In the meantime, POTUS will declassify and shut down the Mueller probe as well as send Rosenstein packing based on the FISA abuse.
The President mentioned many pertinent things yesterday in his Fox interview with Ainsley Earhardt, a few which were very important confirmations for us ‘conspiracy whackos’:
1. Michael Cohen was one of many lawyers and not a ‘fixer’ and only handled small deals. And he pled to things that were not crimes. Cohen had outside businesses where he got in trouble (taxis). Funds for payoff did not come from campaign funds. Why did Cohen plead to noncrimes? Because like everyone, mentioning the Trump name gets a better deal. Saw this many times, make up stories about Donald Trump to get a lesser sentence. Cohen has no evidence.
2. DOJ infested with entrenched Dems.
3. Podesta was supposed to have been indicted November 2017 but DOJ didn’t follow through (time 9:34), Mueller who is a DOJ special prosecutor took over the Podesta probe and slow-walked it to a standstill.
