Many high up people committed very serious crimes to get Hillary Clinton elected, safe in the knowledge their crimes would never come to light under another Democrat administration. President Trump’s surprise win means they’re now in serious legal jeopardy which explains why their reaction to the 2016 election was so over the top, continuing to this day. These are literally cornered rats.

I heard Trey Gowdy on Fox a couple of nights ago really viciously slam Judge Ellis. .but we already knew Gowdy was a phony baloney. . still it was quite shocking to see the extend Gowdy went to openly slam the judge.
This is insane. I don't recognize my country anymore, and it's just getting worse.
All of these idle threats are starting to run into money. A few dozen perps should be caught and cooled off in prison for a few years, as examples. I don’t care about the party of the people being threatened. I don’t care if they actually deserve it. This is making the prospect of working in government service very unpleasant.
Just think how upset the media gets just imagining their safety is in question. Heck they start a 300+ newspaper campaign about President Trump’s rhetoric putting the media in danger.
Yet the same media would think nothing of a judge being actually threatened or putting jurors lives in danger. In fact thats what they desire to stir up.

On another forum of a more leftist persuasion, someone wondered if Judge Ellis had been threatened by Trump supporters. When I pointed out the judge’s prior criticism of Mueller’s prosecution, a few responded to the effect of “who said Trump supporters were well-informed?”
Is it really that hard to think of who would have the more pressing motive to threaten the judge? Trump supporters, or victims of Trump Derangement Syndrome?

The judge *has* to know that it’s because he’s keeping a close eye on the prosecutors...and their boss.
Democrats are trying to scare the jurors into finding him guilty. If he’s found innocent every bit of it will be blamed on the judge for being “hostile” to the prosecution and Trump for daring to say Manaford is a good man. CNN and MSNBC will say Trump influenced the decision by saying a word about Manaford.
Can the judge sequester the jury? Would that help protect them?
