President Trump said Friday that he may take away the security clearance of Justice Department official Bruce Ohr, whose wife worked for the firm that commissioned an opposition research dossier on then-candidate Trump.
"I think Bruce Ohr is a disgrace. I suspect I'll be taking it away very quickly," Trump told reporters on the South Lawn of the White House.
Trump's remarks follow his decision Wednesday to revoke the security clearance of former CIA Director John Brennan, a harsh critic of his presidency, claiming Brennan improperly politicized his former position.

Dear President Trump: Don’t say what you might do, do it. An announcement of which traitors security clearances have already been revoked would be much more effective.
“So why not just do it?”
Yes! And while he’s at it, issue an Executive Order that revokes everyone’s security clearance when they leave government service. I had a SECRET clearance when I worked for a Military R&D contractor years ago. It went when I changed jobs. I got told during my exit interview that is was no longer active, and I was admonished to keep secret what I knew. So why do these top drawer a$$holes get to keep theirs? It would be a simple matter to “reactivate” someone’s clearance if there was a need to do so after they left the government.
Don’t you think that getting the clearances cancelled ASAP should take precedence over any political advantage that might be gained by “dribbling” them out as you suggest?

As we all have seen by now, NOBODY should have access or clearances the day they walk out the door. It’s some kind of elite BS that needs to come to an end. And just how the hell most of these Demon Rats are able to get them in the first place is an insult and crime in itself!

Does Hillary Clinton, 0bama or Biden still have their clearances? If they do, their clearances should be revoked immediately.
Here’s an idea, Mr. President: How about revoking ALL security clearances of former high ranking agency and cabinet officials once the administrative transition process has concluded, just as what occurs to lower ranking employees upon separation from Government service?
It shocked a lot of even us old time activists to find that ex employees were keeping their security clearances. Trump the conqueror should make the revocation list thousands long just do it now. No significant numbers outside the beltway from either party will give a rip.

So what’s the upside deal in not just revoking these clearances?
