A federal judge issued a nationwide injunction Thursday against the Trump administration for delaying the Obama-era Waters of the United States rule, dealing a setback to a key piece of President Trump's deregulatory agenda.
The decision by the U.S. District Court in South Carolina means that the so-called Clean Water Rule is again operative in 26 states where district courts have not halted the regulation.
Tell the judge to go “f” himself. He has no authority period.

There has to be some way to stop these judges from making policy that does not have laws behind it. The president should be the only one making policy for the government not some random federal judge.
Are you going to follow the directives issued by the president, or some numbskull judge in South Carolina?
I think it's a valid question and scenario.
Remember when the W. Bush AG fired all those attorneys across America?
Imagine, if you will, having an AG with balls in the Trump Admin doing the same thing.
Something is very wrong with our system if some leftist judge can override the President the people voted for. Something very wrong indeed. At the very least the judges ruling should be put on hold while it goes up the chain with the original order standing. Most these leftist rulings are overruled in a higher court.

Congress' no. 1 priority is to evade responsibility. That is why they let the bureaucracy and the judiciary encroach deeper and deeper into what should be Congress' role in governance. It is much more fun to make high dudgeon speeches about over-reaching bureaucrats or judges than to, say, pick up the responsibility yourself.
Nothing. That insane judge has no army. Trump does.
You should learn something about how federal judges are appointed. Then you’d know that this is being addressed at a pace never equalled under any other administration.

[emphasis added]Congress can nip this in the bud. Set it up so that challenges to an EO go directly to SCOTUS, or if in a Federal court, that jurisdiction applies only to that district or circus. This is waaaaaaay overdue.
