In March, 2017, two days before former FBI Director James Comey testified to lawmakers that the bureau had an open counterintelligence investigation into President Trump’s campaign, former British spy Christopher Steele sent an urgent message to Department of Justice official Bruce Ohr hoping that “important firewalls will hold” when Comey testified.
The text message from Steele, who compiled the infamous unverified dossier on Trump, was sent on March 18, 2017, to Ohr and obtained by SaraACarter.com from a government source, familiar with the ongoing investigation.

To me, the big picture shows the Dhimicrats formerly in power, were VERY sloppy, leaving a lot of loose threads. Over time, PDJT and those bureaucrats and pols who are honest, are tugging at some of those loose threads because they thought that Hitlery was a shoe-in. The whole wicked weave is beginning to unravel. Eventually, SOME of the Press will have to admit to the depth of corruption or face non-existent viewership/readership. We are not yet at that stage.
Of course, there are people like Fredo Cuomo, who are ‘in for a penny, in for a pound’ and will NEVER admit any wrongdoings on the part of the Obama/Clinton cartel. These ‘journolists’ will be swept aside by the tide of history, becoming byword for ‘fake news’, aka propaganda.
As more threads are pulled, the tide is turning.

I am not so sure they didn’t. It’s pretty clear that the intelligence community regards itself as “independent” and as a policy making branch of government.
This has been true for decades from after when they killed JFK.
It kicked into high gear under Obama.
We live in a national security state. The Stasi does indeed want the power for itself.
Personally I wouldn’t mind seeing public hangings coming back. You have to strike fear into the enemy instead of hiding this crud away from site.

One lesson to be drawn from all of this is that when you’re a Republican taking over the Administration from a Democrat, you have to literally fire everyone that you possibly can as soon as you possibly can. Any delay is at your own risk.

Have heard that Page might be singing. Even so, if Sessions, Wray, et al., refuse to do their jobs and prosecute the traitors, we’re screwed.

Quit being so melodramatic.... By definition a “High Crime” is another way to say “Felony.” The two terms are interchangeable, however High crime is archaic. take the drama out and just say felony.
That said the whole of the upper echelons of the DOJ and the FBI appear to be corrupt and should be held to strict account. Mere discharge isn’t enough as most would just be on early retirement.....
To be effective laws must have consequences that deter others from violating them. Early retirement doesn’t meet that requirement. Seems more like a reward to me.....
Why isn’t Mueller investigating these obvious felonies???? Maybe he needs to be investigated for Obstruction of Justice.
