Donald Trump's presidential campaign on Tuesday filed a legal action against former senior White House advisor Omarosa Manigault Newman, alleging she breached a nondisclosure agreement.
Trump's 2020 re-election campaign filed the arbitration with the American Arbitration Association in New York City, according to a Trump campaign official. She is accused of violating a 2016 confidentiality agreement she signed with that campaign, the official said.
Manigault Newman did not immediately respond to CNBC's request for comment on the Trump campaign's legal action.

One would expect that this would immediately shut her up from spreading fake accusations, we’ll see if the court can process a proper order and hope they can sue her for her book proceeds....all $100 of them.
Yes, why not arrest her for recording in a SCIF and prosecute her for security violations. Why can’t the SS/DOJ seem to do anything to lock up the leakers and anti-American coup plotters?

Was Omarosa working for Comey/Strzok? Did she use her phone in the SCIFs, or did Comey fix her up with an FBI wire??? Curious minds want to know!
They can sue her for breach of contract. Whether she violated security in the situation room remains to be proven. The room can be a SCIF but isn’t always so, when classified materials are not discussed or present. Omarosa didn’t have a clearance so Kelly used it because it was a nice private room, not to discuss classfied info. From what those in the know have said she should not have had a recording device there in any case, but what the penalty is and whether it will be pursued is unknown.
