Kellie Collins, a former congressional candidate in Georgias 10th District, was charged with the murder of her former campaign treasurer, Curtis Cain. The allegations of murder follow Collins advocacy for responsible gun control laws during her campaign. WSB-TV reports that she argued for stricter legislation to protect the community.
Police found Cains body in Collinss apartment with a gunshot wound. Cain did not come in to work last Tuesday, prompting deputies to check in on him. Police estimated that he was dead for roughly a week.

Collins also called President Trump an unqualified demagogue and was a proponent of socialized health care.
Collins dropped out of the race in 2017, a year before the charges, citing personal reasons. In addition to murder charges, police charged Collins with grand larceny after Cains Subaru Legacy was reported missing.
“The gun did it”
I think I could still spin it for her if she’d only hire me as a campaign manager. “See? What we need are responsible, common-sense gun control laws that keep guns out of the hands of murderous psychopaths like me! Oh, and by the way, his car sucks.” Hello, Congress.

“Darn that NRA!”
The NRA doesn’t sell arms,... but planned parenthood does.
My God. She resembles an SJW I used to work with. Same put-upon expression...

You’re probably right. Nothing else makes sense.
looks like a druggie
Not long ago I had a conversation with a Libtard who told me flat out that he didn’t think anyone should have a gun because, he said, if he had a gun there were several people he would kill. Astonishing.
