His charisma ... not great.
need both to win elections.

Republicans are always deeply lacking in logic and voting sense.
The massive attacks on Moore should tell everyone he is right over the target.
Moore won the legitimate vote, but the border fraud was massive and quite systematic.
It also appears that many of the fraudsters bussed in voted in more than one precinct.
