The wife of a former US Marine is facing deportation to Mexico...
...faces a removal order over her 1998 illegal entry into the United States, Soto said. She's married to a former Marine and Iraq War veteran...
....ICE spokesman Bryan Cox said Juarez was initially apprehended and removed from the country after attempting to enter illegally from Mexico in 1998. He said she later illegally re-entered the United States after being removed -- which is considered a felony under federal law.
ICE arrested her in August 2013 and notified her that the earlier removal order was being reinstated, according to the statement.

Nope, just the insinuation TRUMP is to blame. Not the illegal alien.
She’s a criminal; deport her. Deport all illegals. No exceptions.
“just the insinuation TRUMP is to blame. Not the illegal alien.”...
Can’t be considered “fake news” if you don’t mention it in your articles.
I don’t get it. Regardless of how she got here she’s married to an American, so she cannot/should not be deported.
She was married to a US citizen but then didn’t do the paperwork to become one?
WWMD.
What would Mexico do? Deport her. It shows equal enforcement of our laws and is far more lenient than being thrown into a Mexican jail.
How about arresting the idiot for aiding an illegal alien.
Don’t care who she married, she is an illegal alien.
REMOVE THEM ALL!
Regardless of how she got here shes married to an American, so she cannot/should not be deported.
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wrong!
Coming to American Sanctuary cities like San Francisco, without borders, ICE and immigration control!
She can be deported back to Mexico, then apply for a spouse visa. However, due to her two previous deportations, she may not be eligible for a visa.
Marriage to an American Citizen is not automatic grounds to erase past immigration offenses.
She entered the country illegally twice. She is a felon, deport her ass. Then she can apply to enter legally.
Then how does it work since they are married? What would happen if they were married in Mexico. Can this guy bring his wife to the US? I honestly don’t know how that works.
Gee why was her application for citizenship rejected?
Oh wait - did she legally apply?
Seems she had plenty of time to straighten out her “status” but did not...
So what if she is the wife of a veteran. That means nothing because she was a felon before she married him. Having worked around military families for decades I am tired of spouses expecting special status because they marry a service member. Being a veteran’s wife does not trump being a felon.
Yes, we both tried to warn others about this criminal action.
So sad, too bad.
If you have a deportation order, leave.
That way you can avoid all these problems.
As for the Marine... Sucks to have your wife deported, dude. You might want to go with her, or cut her loose. Up to you. If it were my wife, I would go with her, but thats just me.
She was already an illegal alien inadmissible to the USA.
Previously deported are barred from getting a green card.
It would be similar to marrying any other criminal and expecting them to be exonerated just because they got married.
Foreign nationals who marry Americans have to file the correct paperwork and wait like everyone else.
Some couple have spent years apart and spent thousands of dollars to get a green card for the foreign spouse.
No shortcuts for people who break in.
Especially not a repeat offender.
