I wouldn’t argue about the water rights and other important things being sold off.

Those rights are sold only as long as they are not strategic. When the assets are needed, we revoke ownership.

There are things I don’t like. I’m not knowledgeable enough to address the water rights you’re addressing.

You keep telling me that China is “already there”, then seem to be saying that’s at least part of the reason why we should leave.

I am saying in the 21st century the old ways our country is utilizing, aka, bring them to their knees, bend them to our will, destroy them, convince Americans it is the best interest of America no longer works.

Maybe it is because we are a young Nation, we think in short term strategies. China does not. I think they look at the history of, say, Afghanistan, decide what assets benefit them now, and in the future, and what they possess that benefits Afghanistan.

The Chinese certainly have looked at the long term as far as the US is concerned. From providing the things we rely on in a digital world, from communication devices to solar panels, robotics..

Remember in 2012 when some Air Force service members deployed to Afghanistan were twice issued Chinese-made boots?
I think that kinda says it all.
