Jim Acosta’s feud with Sean Hannity erupted on Twitter Wednesday evening after the CNN reporter accused the Fox News host of “peddling lies” for profit and “injecting poison” into the American public.
“Hannity is a propagandist for profit, peddling lies every night,” Mr. Acostatweeted to his 665,000 followers, neglecting to tag Mr. Hannity directly.
“He says he’s just a talk show host, not a journalist,” the CNN chief White House correspondent wrote. “But he’s injecting poison into the nation’s political bloodstream warping public attitudes about the press. I’m confident in the long run the truth will prevail.”
Mr. Hannity fired back about an hour later, slamming Mr. Acosta as “fake news.”

I thought Hannity was too nice to Acosta last night on his show... acosta got mild treatment in Florida compared to what cnn does to Trump every day and what their side openly does to Trump voters when out and about.

Actually, to your point about Trumps characterization of the biased media as Fake News, I think it's time to start characterizing leftwing lunatic academics as ‘Fake Intellectuals’.
I was watching Hannity’s monologue last evening. Simple facts are that first he stated that anyone that suggested let alone committed physical violence wasn’t aligned with him and that he would personally be willing to step in front of anyone so threatened! Then he went on to show a litany of Dems threatening various members of Republican party - you all know the list.
Acosta has NO legs to stand on!
Then the Jack Ass goes after Sarrah Sanders today. Hannity is correct - CNN SUCKS!

Unfortunately Hannity likes the attention as well. He’ll probably spend a good portion of his show tonight talking about it and leaving hardly any time for his guests as he talks over them.
If I recall correctly, their complete title was “NATTERING NABOBS OF NEGATIVISM”.
