Sure it can, if the whole point and purpose of your job is to build a team.
On the other hand, a team is supposed to have a reason for existing. In business, that purpose is normally the production of goods and services which are tangible, valuable things, that can be sold for profit.
There are teams of all kinds, and they all are formed for the purpose of creating some tangible thing, or achieving some tangible goal.
I'm not saying that Qanon has no purpose. I'm merely asking; where are the tangible results of their collective work, thus far?
If the entire point and purpose of the project is to create a better informed group, so be it. Just say that, and claim it as your achievement.
1. The number of people realizing the truth of the guilt of the polticos, media, Hollyweed, corporation heads etc. has multiplied geometrically by the millions in a rather short period of time.
2. The number of people realizing the hard facts about the globalist oligarchy has multiplied geometrically by the millions in a rather short period of time.
3. The number of people realizing the hard facts about the fact that POTUS is seriously successfully attacking the roots and evil doers of such evils has multiplied geometrically by the millions in a rather short period of time.
4. The number of people realizing the hard facts about the utter corruption and falseness of the MSM has multiplied geometrically by the millions in a rather short period of time. The awareness of that has also gained a lot of complexity and robustness understood by massively more TANGIBLE people.
5. The number of very tangible people realizing the hard facts about the utter corruption of the US CONGRESS has multiplied geometrically by the millions in a rather short period of time.
6. The number of people realizing the hard facts about the utter total destruction risk to the survival of the Republic that has been building for decades--particularly under Obummer and HRC, has multiplied geometrically by the millions in a rather short period of time.
7. The number of people realizing the hard facts about the utter outrageousness of the horrible deeds and the numbers of individuals involved in child sex abuse, child sacrifice, child/human trafficking has multiplied geometrically by the millions in a rather short period of time.
YOU can consider all that as = to NOTHING TANGIBLE if you wish. I'd consider your doing that to be absurd to the extreme.

This might sound crazy to somec but thats ok. As I read and remain rather qquietb and learnb there is a deep dread within me. In my opinion, Q is trying to prevent an outbreak of civil war. He is doing what he can to inform more level headed people to become informed so that if and when things begin to break downb we can help those like our questioning friend in this thread to understand when, howbwhy, what,whom etc. We’ve all observed even elected officials encouraging violence and taunting.
The extent of the corruption is so great that if they were all rounded up and prosecuted to the degree that our windy friend demands, there wouldn’t be enough government left for this country to function.
If our windy friend spent more time following links that q leavesb he’d get quite an education in some hidden history. He could download the many lists and pdf files only to discover lists of people who have been fired for their corruption, some of whom are loosing their security clearences.
As is obvious, half this country had a mental/emotional breakdown when someone other than hrc was elected president. Do you really think half this country can handle seeing her and zero handcuffed and frogmarched to prison? Sure, the thought brings many to gleeb but would there be a country left?
Trump’s credibility absolutely must be restored and along with itb his authority as commander in chief.
