Only if they are fake principals and the GOPe knows it. Mitch was responsible for many of those defeats and you should know that. He picks candidates in those races and funds the ones he prefers and destroys those he don't.
I never said Mitch McConnell was the Savant and savior of real conservatives principles. The only credit I give him is stone walling Obama’s SCOTUS nominee. Mitch is the epitome of old guard republican elites in DC.
In case you missed my point, the following gold hearted conservatives lost not because they were conservatives, but were either bad politicians, or lacked charisma to overcome political experience (Trump has charisma in spades which is why he overcame lack of political experience).
I loved every one of the following candidates. But was aghast at the simple political mistakes they made, or some of them simply lacked minimum charisma necessary to win elections.
