Early in his presidency, when Donald Trump said U.S. gross domestic product (GDP) would exceed 3 percent growth, the supposed experts in the mainstream media claimed such growth would most likely be impossible.
In fact, the experts claimed unemployment would have to reach zero percent and immigration would have to double to meet such a high growth rate (despite the fact that 3.22 percent has been the average GDP growth rate over the last 71 years).
Well, according to the U.S. Department of Commerce on Friday, “real gross domestic product increased at an annual rate of 4.1 percent in the second quarter of 2018.”
It seems President Trump has once again achieved the impossible.
As it turns out, despite refrains from the elites in the media and establishment, the self-made billionaire who now leads our country knows quite a bit about creating a healthy economy.
As I explained Friday during a Facebook Live talk, the president’s massive deregulation effort, his success in cutting taxes on individuals and businesses, and his plan to renegotiate our international trade agreements have started to pay dividends.
Since his first days in office, President Trump has been dogged about cutting red tape and making it easier for American business owners (small and large) to work, hire people, and ply their trades – without having to devote time, money and attention to government regulators at every turn.

And don’t forget the “Right To Try” bill he signed. People who decide to use that could end up saving countless lives due to research they’ll be involved in.
I think we should ALL be concerned about being in GOD’s good graces.
And that starts by acknowledging all His blessings. Sometimes the cattiness here is like unto the feline section of a packed animal shelter.
Obama blamed his poor 8 year economic performance on his predecessor ....BGW Bush....now he wants to take credit for Trump’s economic success for himself.

Well at least that IS a self consistent theory, to say that the next president oversees what the previous president did, etc.
But I think it’s more like Obama was a general downer. This makes the Trump revolution, in part, a matter of pent up demand being released.
Wasn’t it just a week or ten days ago that Newt was joining in with the sand blasters chorus absolutely disparaging the President’s conduct with Routin Tootin Boot Skootin Putin? Yeah, you betcha it was!!! What a piece of work!!! (I used a much cleaner four letter word right there)
Newt eased up after President Trump clarified some things after getting home and it was the news conference newt went off on.

Well I’m still burnin about old quick-draw Gingrich puttin out all the Cox ads here in CA so early before the primary election. To say nothin about half a dozen other impulsive speakings and actings in the not too distant past. Bill Clinton made a fool of him and he’s never been quite right ever since!!!

I would want to plead with everybody, if you believe in Christianity even a little, try not to grieve the Holy Spirit.
We like to think we are so smart, that we can peg people once and for all. But this is to slap God in the face, a God Who knows what’s going on behind the scenes and can unerringly get through chinks in what looked to us mortals like impenetrable armor. We should welcome every friend who has found reason to cease being an enemy.
