Use the Kelo Decision by the USSC as Justification to Seize, through Eminent Domain the Personal Residences of Federal Employee’s in the State, turn them all into Bed and Breakfast’s, then use those profits to pay for the inferior court’s opinion.

HEadlines for these types of stories need to be edited to read “Wisconsin taxpayers”, for example. When NYC settles with the family of someone legitimately put down by a cop, “the city” doesn’t pay the family - the taxpayers do. These incomplete headlines have a “fake news” bias in them.
