Decades of climate research has established that the Earth is warming and that humans are a significant factor. Largely due to humans adding greenhouses gases to the atmosphere -- through burning of fossil fuels, deforestation, and many other agricultural, industrial and human activities -- the rise in temperatures over the past century has been unprecedented.
According to researchers at NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), 2016 was the warmest year in documented history. In fact, 16 of the 17 warmest years on record have occurred since 2001.
By 2050, annual average temperatures are expected to rise in the United States by approximately 2.5 degrees Fahrenheit under even the most optimistic projections.

DECADES????? The earth has been heating and cooling for billions of years. It's normal. Adding to the mix - some volcanic activity, the sun and other cycles. Humans' influence is overrated by these 'scientists' and their agenda.

What’s new is the fleecing of taxpayers through fines and the criminal application of taxes to this natural phenomenon.
It’s a fraud. The people pushing it know its a fraud. The proof isn’t what they say it’s what they do. Look at Algore’s home, 0bama’s jet-setting trips, and Leonardo Dicrapio’s yacht. If those people really believed what they were saying, they wouldn’t live as they do.
It’s a good thing that NOAA has been collecting weather data for the past two millennia.

Which, in the greater context of the actual age of the planet, is but a blip. There are thousands of years of undocumented history. What was the climate then? They don't know. What caused the Grand Canyon to happen without man-made pollutants around? You telling me there were no fires and droughts and floods and hurricanes before "documented history"?
“Un-recorded” history doesn’t count. Past ice ages and warm centuries, meh.

"Decades of climate research" is an oxymoron. That's weather tracking, not climate research.

When an article starts with a bald-faced lie what is the point of reading on?
The Earth’s temperature 60 millions years ago (when the dinosaurs lived) was higher than it is now. Humans have just arrived on the scene a couple of million years ago,
It does appear that they don’t discuss ‘the Earth’, but break the statistics down into geographic regions; which is just the ‘weather’ for an area.
The Earth is one big planet with seasonal incidents (storms, drought, ice, etc.) all over the place.
In nature there are no ‘floods’ - we get flooded out because of damming rivers for road and housing construction. Flooding is not ‘global warming’ it’s inconvenient!
