To me immediately I knew this was not a justified killing
And in front of the mans five year old son
And the more you learn about the coward who shot him and his history of brandishing his gun starting trouble
What amazed me is probably 80 percent of freeper men are the sorts who think its justifiable to murder someone for knocking you down or hitting you
Its called steel courage for a reason
After two decades of bang list parcipitstion here itll never look the same again
Freeper men apparently dont fight...they shoot
Simply absurd to me and yes the sherrif is wrong
This guy makes ccw folks look bad
Hell get charged at some point
You've been blowing pretty hard on this topic since it came up. Apparently, you're in the "fighting for entertainment" segment of the population. A lot of us are not. We're in the "leave me the hell alone" segment of the population.
Don't start nothin', won't be nothin'. If you don't want to get shot, don't go around punching and shoving people. This isn't the '70s, nor are we in some Turd World hellhole, where jerks can go around causing trouble with impunity.
This is not, BTW, a defense of the shooter in this particular case. He started the confrontation and was arguably committing an assault against the female occupant of the car when he was shoved. Sometimes, there are no 'good guys'.
In any case, I see no need for an honest citizen to engage in fisticuffs when attacked by some jerk. Jerks should become familiar with the fact that their lives are at stake when they attack, and find more productive ways to entertain themselves.
Get some self-defense training from a world-class self-defense trainer/lawyer like Massad Ayoob, and you'll change your mind. It is NOT murder. It is the use of deadly force to counter deadly force. People have been killed from just one punch to the head.
Its called steel courage for a reason

was not sure which of your multiple weak (a/k/a ignorant) comments to copy above.
.
Maybe you want to help the baby mama find a lawyer. She is apparently looking to file a civil suit against the shooter.
.
Eventually a lawyer will suggest to her that they also sue the store, etc. Then it will get interesting, because this guy was a known entity. But what should management have KNOWN? Etc.
Anyone carrying concealed has an obligation to maintain control of their weapon. Being knocked unconscious precludes that. I haven’t seen the video of this event, but it sounds like the shooter should held his tongue regarding the parking infraction. Leave it to someone handicapped to shame these folks. We had a guy in town insert himself in a domestic dispute that got a little bit physical in a restaurant. The husband bounced his head off a curb and killed him. Just because bad behavior escapes the trailer park doesn’t mean you have to get involved personally. A wife beater is not someone to try reasoning with.
