The Denver Post published a letter to the editor suggesting President Donald Trump should be executed for treason.
The letter criticized the president and Sen. Cory Gardner (R., Colo.) following Trump's summit with Vladimir Putin in Helsinki, Finland, and said Soviet spies Julius and Ethel Rosenberg, who passed atomic bomb secrets to Moscow, were executed for "far less."
The letter, written by Suzanne Gagnon of Lakewood, was in response to the paper's editorial last week, which gave tepid praise of Gardner. The editorial argued the Republican senator "deserves credit" for taking a tough stance against Russia and sponsoring legislation to add Russia to the state sponsor of terror list.

The Denver Post has lost nearly everyone of importance in it’s offices.
They’ve been wringing their hands trying to figure out why no one wants to buy or advertise in their hard left paper.
A year from now it’s kind of hard to imagine it’s still around.
I keep telling liberals that I know that conservatives are the kind of people who will tolerate a lot, but if pushed too far will inflict hell on earth to whomever is the subject of their rage. Time to remind the lefties they’re full of BARK, but we’re the side that will BITE!
Do you remember when despots and tyrants throughout the world routinely rounded up and killed anyone who dared to voice that the country’s leader should be executed? Clearly, they don’t think Trump is one or they wouldn’t dare voice their fantasies in the media. Yet, to them, Trump = Hitler. I don’t get it. Would these people have sent letters to the editor back in 1930s Germany calling for Hitler to be executed? You bet your ass they wouldn’t because Hitler’s folks would find them and murder them.

Yes, the VDH column was good, as was the latest John Batchelor/Michael Vlahos conversation on the John Batchelor show. Vlahos is a history professor at John Hopkins and the Naval War Colege, and he is an expert on civil wars, starting with the Romans. In this last conversation, they talked about the “othering” the Dims are doing, such as calling Pres. Trump and his supporters traitors and Nazis. Vlahos pointed out that this leaves the Dims with only suppression or elimination of people they consider irredeemable. He then points out that this is what happened in Spain just before the Communists started killing people, including nuns.
