As one climate lawsuit gets thrown out of court in New York, another one takes its place in Baltimore.

Baltimore Mayor Catherine Pugh announced the lawsuit Friday in joining about a dozen other cities and states in suing fossil fuel firms for their role in causing global warming.

Not just in the US; many non-white countries (all sh!tholes) are pressing for the “impact of climate change”. Apparently when they over-fish, cut down trees for firewood without re-planting, or simply exhaust their food supplies without replenishing them, it’s White People’s Fault.

I guess the climate change accord Pres. Trump dumped would have taken billions from us and given to underdeveloped countries so they could expand their manufacturing base and expel as much CO2 into the air as the rest of us do.

We really need to adopt the English rule in this country.

For those of you who did not suffer through 3 years of law school, The English Rule = loser pays....pays BOTH sides attorney fees. That tends to discourage the filing of frivolous lawsuits.

Naturally the trial lawyers are dead set against it.

Banning them the first time and refusing to hand out ccw permits clearly hasn’t worked. The criminals still have and use their guns. So they should double ban those guns.
