And say what you will, but Peter Cetera was no slouch on the bass. I just wish he stuck to playing it and not singing David Foster written dreck.
Your wife owes you..
Steve Howe is incredible. A lot of Yes fans don’t care for the “Drama” album, but it’s some of Steve’s best work.
And always remember to credit Pete Townsend for Something in the Air by Thunderclap Newman.
Steve Howe gets mega-props for composing AND playing Mood For a Day. But oh my, he looks like Mr. Burns nowadays.
It seems the guy who caught the guitar didn’t get to keep it very long.

I wonder what “retrieved by a roadie” means exactly.
Like the Moody Blues it took far too long for Yes to be inducted to the Rock N Roll HOF.
“If you watch the Whos performance to the end, the last thing Townshend does is toss the guitar to a fan in the crowd before he leaves the stage”
Watch closely, I’m pretty sure you see a Roadie with said Guitar come up from the crowd onto the Stage as the Who are exiting.
I’m Selling Out
My rarest Who Collectible. Priced at an “I’m not sure I really want to sell it price”
Never seen this complete Press Kit before.
And The Ox was wearing that skeleton outfit looking completely bad ass.
I always thought Townsend was rather cool for doing that.
lol! Anyone know what time it is?
I think that's the same lead singer that sang "Armenia City In the Sky" on "Sell Out".
You'd be cautious too. When tremolos attack:
Doesnt Pete Townshend hurt his hand when he does that windmill thing on the guitar?
Even worse than you think. During a 1989 Who concert in Tacoma, Washington, Townshend missed the encore when he sliced open his hand on his guitar strings and was rushed to the hospital. During another show that year, Townshend actually impaled his right palm on the guitars whammy bar.

#29. Sinclair was a “Huey Newton wannabe” but not as smart, just crazy.
If it weren’t for this post, nobody would have ever remembered him.
“(The) Who was a better stage band”
I saw the Stones at RFK, Stevie Wonder saved the day. The Stones were terrible. I saw them in the 80s for a 2nd time... they were still really bad. They put out some good studio work tho.
Saw The Who, which was much better live.
Im going to see Howe with Yes in a week. Saw them a few years ago, when Chris Squire was still alive, and they were performing all of both Close to the Edge and Fragile. It was fantastic.
If anyone would have braced Hoffman, I would have thought it would be Roger Daltry. He was known to be a bit of a rounder.
