I’m probably the only guy on the forum that didn’t tune in to the Biker Waco incident.

For some reason it never caught my attention.

I’ll have to plead the fifth here, because I don’t know enough about it to judge anyone for their stance on it.

You owe it to yourself to read up on the sorry abrogation of civil rights that is associated with the Whacko Biker case. It again shows us how government can break the law and for a time, get away with it. The good news is now those arrested who had no part in the melee, are getting their days in court (now something like three or four year late) and their “cases” are being thrown out. Also the beaner DA has lost his bid to re-election. In the end, the stupid citizens of Waco are going to see huge financial settlements that are coming as a result of the unlawful behavior of their government (city and county), eat heavily into their pockets.
The whole sored process shows us all how the legal system needs some additional constraints against rogue prosecutors (can you also say Robert Mueller?).
