In my opinion, it would have better had Trump not said anything.

Those headlines were written yesterday when they wrote the original "outrage".

Don't go wobbly. Tomorrow or the next day, the media and the Left will be "outraged" about something else.

I'm glad President Trump made the correction. Considering what he had said before and after, it makes better sense that the word he meant to say was wouldn't.

I disagree and here is why. It is a no win with the media. We all accept that. However, and this is supported by the #walkaway movement, a lot of people will tune in to actually hear what he says instead of media reports. In this case it’s a win for Trump and support for his Fake Media mem.
