Ridiculous. What would kill aliens is the fact that they would not be able to live on this planet. Too many things are different, that they are not ready for: climate, food, atmosphere, gravity, UV radiation, and the real killer, bacteria.

They would not survive, no matter what the conditions here were. To think that they arrived, and thrived is stupid and ridiculous.

Science fiction shows aliens arriving on Earth and living with no problems. They breathe the air, eat the food and speak English. Fiction is not reality.
